TeeChia Apple Crisp

Apple crisp lovers will love this modern take on dessert with the added benefits of TeeChia gluten free cereal.

This cinnamon-scented crisp is best served still warm from the oven, topped with a scoop of vanilla, cinnamon, or caramel ice cream.


  • 4 cups tart apples (granny smith)
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp organic butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt (if butter unsalted)
  • 1/2 cup TeeChia Blueberry Date
  • 3 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 375 deegrees
  2. peel, core and slice apples into 9 inch baking dish
  3. sprinkle apples with lemon juice
  4. work together remaining ingredients, lightly so not to overwork and become oily
  5. spread mixture evenly over apples


Bake for 35 minutes or so (until apples are tender)

Serve over vanilla ice cream or with whipped cream!
